Professor since 2015, Full Professor since 2002, Associate Professor 1999-2000, Scholar of the National Plan for the Training of Research Personnel of the Ministry (FPI) from 1995 to 1998, research group CTS-362, Analysis of human movement, Faculty of Sciences of sport . Doctoral thesis in 1997 entitled ¿Effect of the opposition on the biomechanical factors of the basketball jump shot¿ obtaining the Extraordinary Doctorate Award from the University of Granada. Post-doctoral research stays at Liverpool John Moores University (UK) and Indiana University (USA). The development of numerous research projects has resulted in publications and in obtaining 5 six-year terms from 1995 to 2018.
The main lines of my research are related to: Sports Biomechanics applied separately or interdisciplinary with Motor Control, Motor Learning or Exercise Physiology.
